DESCRIPTION:4-Hour Introduction to the Enneagram\, Conflict and Self-Awareness Workshop\n\nAn introductory workshop taught in the narrative tradition by Enneagram Master Trainer Louise Phipps Senft who works with the group to self-select one of nine personality types that contributes to their everyday motivations and personal reactivity in conflict as well as discovering their gifts for supporting conflict transformation with others. CEU\, CME\, 4 hours of Ethics.\n\nTrainer: Louise Phipps Senft\, Esq.\n\nDates: Thursday\, June 22\, 2022\, 9AM-1PM\n\nLocation: We will be holding this workshop VIRTUALLY using Zoom.\nCourse Fee: $295\nThis event has passed. Participants will come away with a deeper understanding of self and other relationships in their lives. If you are looking to improve your relationships with individuals that matter the most\, whether it be children\, parents\, family members\, or co-workers\, the Enneagram workshop is an invaluable experience.\n\nTRAINING FOCUS\n\n The Enneagram: Understanding yourself and others\n Using the Enneagram of personality to reduce difficult interactions\n Self-Awareness inventory and development\n Understanding reactions to conflict in order to better manage reactivity\n Managing automatic responses in relation to your center of intelligence\n The Enneagram and basic neuroscience of conflict\n Practicing mindfulness: Enneagram applications\n Understanding the nature of conflict and what you can do to transform difficult conversations\n\nCANCELLATION POLICY\nFull Refund: up to 30 days prior to the start date of the training \n50% Refund: Up to 2 weeks prior to the start date of the training \nCancellations received less than 1 week prior to the start date will not be subject to any refund. This policy is due to the highly customized nature of our programs\, the number of registrants\, and space limitations \nParticipants Are Saying…\n“I’m leaving the course with an unexpected new hope\, and concrete tools to improve relationships even outside of a ‘mediation’ environment – personal\, family\, work. Eye-opening introspection.” \n– Holly Schmittle\, Director of HR at Planit

SUMMARY:September 8-Hour Enneagram Workshop
DESCRIPTION:An 8-Hour Exploration of the Enneagram as a tool for understanding Personal Reactivity and Conflict\n\nThis event has passed. Please try another!\nFor more information\, call our office at (443) 524-0833 or send us an email at louise@baltimoremediation.com.\n\nThe Enneagram is a dynamic system of nine personality types. It is meant to help us understand ourselves\, the people in our lives\, and our habits of mind and reactivity in conflict and otherwise.\n\nEach of the nine personality profiles describes a distinct and fundamentally different pattern of thinking\, feeling and acting\, offering profound insight about why we behave the way we do\, how we can change\, and a precise path to psychological and spiritual freedom.\n\nSelf-awareness is greatly heightened by working with our own type’s leading strengths and unrecognized blind spots. Taught in the company of others\, this system also generates compassion and relationship skills with people who experience the world in a very different way.\n\nHow well we are in tune with our internal state\, or how self-aware we are\, has a strong influence on how we ‘do’ conflict. By helping us to understand who we are\, the Enneagram improves our self-awareness.\n  \nWith a better understanding of our conscious motivations\, we can better handle conflict.\n \n\n\nThis training is approved by and/or a certificate of successful completion of this training may be used to satisfy the requirements of the following:\n\n	The Association of Conflict Resolution\n	The Federal Shared Neutrals Program\n	The Maryland Circuit Courts\n	The MACRO Maryland Program for Mediator Excellence\n	The Maryland Board of Social Examiners\n\n\n
